MAXI-TEC high tech profiles
13. January 11 Contractors are attaching increasing importance to aspects such as environmental compatibility and the protection of resources. They expect modern, innovative products which do what is required of them reliably and in full.
PROTEKTOR has met this challenge: when developing the innovative MAXI-TEC CW and UW profiles we were focussing on ecology, economics, ergonomics and flexible application of the system.
The profiles are no longer punched out, but are folded using a cutting and reshaping processes. Thanks to this folding technology we have done away with the waste from the punching process, i.e. no need to dispose of waste, lower resource consumption combined with lower CO2 emissions for both the production and the transport of raw materials.
Meaningful product details such as punched openings for secure installation of CW profiles and the embossed hole in UW profiles to locate the drilled fixing hole mean fast and safe installation of the dry wall. These product details also provide economic benefits, as well as providing superb product characteristics in terms of stability, load-bearing and soundproofing and fire prevention. Certification by internationally recognised, independent test institutes confirm that the products meet the requirements of the relevant EN and DIN standards. This makes the profiles universally usable.
